42 is a peer-learning school with no teachers and no timetable. That freedom is the point, but it means culture has to be built on purpose or it never appears.

400+ students on individual schedules, and no shared culture by default.
Programme
Twenty-plus events: company visits, networking sessions and gaming tournaments, the largest drawing 60 people.
Content
Photography, video editing, event coverage and copywriting, all produced in-house.
Outcome
An association that became the school's cultural centre rather than its calendar.
Every event planned, promoted, photographed and iterated on, with genuine student buy-in.
